What is Factory Reset Protection? How to Bypass!

Last year, Google introduced a kill switch in Android to prevent lost or stolen handsets from being reused. Formally known as Factory Reset Protection, this security feature has been designed to, among other things, only allow the intended owner to use the device after a factory reset has been performed. In theory, it is a great idea, so much so that some markets have actually made a kill switch mandatory, in an attempt to deter smartphone theft.

"If your device is lost, stolen, or wiped, only someone with your Google account or screen lock information can use the device,” it said on its support website.

USE KME TO BYPASS FRP

  • Verify the relevant device profile is set for end-user enrollment cancellation
  • Use KME to register devices and assign them to an appropriate profile
  • Devices must be factory reset to enroll in KME and re-use
  • Once the device powers on, it connects to the Internet and launches the KME setup wizard
  • If a FRP lock is set, the device prompts for a reboot. Once rebooted, the enrollment proceeds without prompting the user for their Google account login credentials
Now if you dont have KME, then you can bypass Google FRP using this apk method.

  • First of all, you have to download the FRP bypass apk.
  • Copy the apk file which you have downloaded to USB.
  • Connect the USB to the phone using OTG cable.
  • Now, Go to File manager and install Apk.
  • Now, go to your phone settings, click on back up and reset.
  • Click on Factory data reset and delete all your data on the phone. It will delete all your data like music, videos, pictures, apps, data ,google account.
  • THAT’S ALL, now your phone reboot and restart again. It works 100%.
